Réjean Martin, Marketing Specialist, Ironflow Technologies - Do your homework (online research), use software directories such as Capterra and GetApp to get reviews, compare providers (as a SaaS provider, you can also advertise there), very effective directories to use after you’ve done some general web searches.
 
Jonathon Moody, VP Operations, Versature - We also use the Salesforce Appexchange, great for getting new ideas on products/solutions for your business (things you didn’t even think you needed). Quora is another great resource on SaaS tools, you’ll find input from CEOs, users, past employees, etc. For example, we use a tool called Asana for project management and recently found a pricing debate on Quora, a number of people discussing why Asana prices things the way they do.
